About me

I am currently pursuing a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. I am honored to be part of Sensors Lab led by Professor Khaled Salama, as well as Communication and Computing Systems Lab led by Professor Ahmed Eltawil. My research goal is to design a reconfigurable embedded neuromorphic system with low power consumption for AI applications.

Research interests

Neuromorphic computing Spiking neural network Reconfigurable digital design

My current research interest lies in the hardware-and-software codesign of an energy-efficient reconfigurable hardware system design targetting artificial intelligence based applications. On the software side, I am working on optimizing spiking neural works for fast and energy-efficient information processing. On the hardware side, I am developing a digital neuromorphic hardware system with a reconfigurable architecture and energy-efficient event communication scheme.
